Hey 2012 LDC Delegates!
We want to know about your LDC experience. Your feedback is important to us in how we can better improve Leadership Development Camp in the future.
This survey should only take about 5 minutes of your time. Your answers will be completely anonymous and by filling out the survey you will be entered into a drawing for a $20 Target gift card. Completed surveys must be submitted in paper format to the American Red Cross-Orange County, San Bernardino, or Riverside Chapters. After your survey is submitted, you will receive a raffle ticket. Please write your phone number and name on the back of the ticket. You must receive a raffle ticket in order to be entered into the raffle.
Surveys must be turned in no later than 5pm on Wednesday, October 17, 2012. All survey results will be posted on our blog at ocrcyouth.blogspot.com.
