The Red Cross invites you be a part of the phone bank function. We are hosting a phone bank workshop on Saturday, May 19th from 10am-12pm at the Orange County Office. The address is 600 Parkcenter Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92705 in room 232. The workshop will train volunteers to help respond to calls such as safe and well inquiries, monetary/in-kind donations, spontaneous volunteers and blood donation inquiries as well as general inquires on Red Cross relief efforts during large scale disasters.
